Government Grant scams are going on for a long time and I know it hurts. You need to file a complaint with FTC immediately. You can login to and log your complaint. You can also call toll-free 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) and log your complaint. Hope this helps.

    1. Hi, This is a very popular scam primarily called Nigerian Grant/dating scams….Here they offer you a huge amount in some pretext or the other (Grant, someone leaving you money etc). Then they tell you that you need to pay some fees to get that money. It is definitely a huge scam. And they are being run from all over the world. Kindly report to competent authorities immediately.
